Joëlle and Fatek had their wedding in the oldest church in Paris! The beautiful Greek Catholic church, Saint Julien le Pauvre, has its roots going all the way back the 12 century!
When I met Aude and Nader at the Salon du Mariage à Paris au Carrousel du Louvre last year we decided that instead of photographing their engagement session we would instead have a mini-enagement shoot prior to their civil wedding at their Mairie in Paris.
It was on one of the rare warm spring days that we’ve had, and the quick engagement shoot prior to the civil ceremony actually worked out perfectly!
After Sara and Thomas’ winter engagement session at the beginning of this year, I couldn’t wait for their wedding day set in the heart of Paris. The ceremony was held at the Church St Étienne du Mont, which was first built in the 6th century!
